These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of www.vegasnow.com and all services we provide, including our casino games, sportsbook, loyalty program and promotions. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to register an account with us. Only one account per person is permitted; we do not operate as a no-account casino, and every player must complete registration before placing real money bets. Restricted Territories

Deposits, Withdrawals and Currencies

Withdrawal Limits

We apply the following limits per calendar day, week and month, measured 00:00 to 23:59 UTC:

• Daily limit: 4,000 USD/EUR/CHF, 6,000 CAD/AUD/NZD, or 40,000 NOK, or equivalent
• Weekly limit: 8,000 USD/EUR/CHF, 12,000 CAD/AUD/NZD, or 80,000 NOK, or equivalent
• Monthly limit: 30,000 USD/EUR/CHF, 42,000 CAD/AUD, 48,000 NZD, or 300,000 NOK, or equivalent

Amounts requested above these limits may be paid in instalments or returned to your account balance. We also apply a maximum cumulative daily profit limit of USD 50,000 within any 00:00-23:59 UTC period; any excess profit, including profit carried into subsequent days, may be voided in full. We may set different limits for specific promotions, events or individual offers, including VIP account status.

Bonuses and Promotions

Our VegasNow no deposit bonus offers, welcome package and ongoing promotions are all subject to our separate Bonus Terms, which form part of these Terms. Our welcome offer spans four deposits, headlined at up to 8,000 EUR/USD plus 500 free spins. We reserve the right to void winnings where we detect bonus abuse, including switching between games with different contribution rates, low-risk betting systems such as Martingale or D'Alembert, cutting stake size by more than 80% after a large win, hedging through in-game double-up features, or betting patterns that mimic automated play. Slots contribute 100% toward wagering (excluding listed titles), roulette 25%, blackjack and game shows 10%, and baccarat and other games 0%.

Loyalty Program and VIP
